Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy applies to the private publishing apps ("the app") that a Facebook Page owner uses to schedule and publish content to the Facebook Pages that its own business portfolio manages. The app is not offered to the public and does not let other people log in.
1. Data the app uses
Through the Meta Graph API, the app only accesses the Pages managed by the business portfolio that owns the app: Page IDs and names, access tokens issued by Meta, the content the owner publishes, comments the owner posts, and aggregated Page Insights. The app does not collect personal data of Page followers, commenters or website visitors. This website uses no cookies or tracking.
2. How it is used
Only to schedule and publish the owner's own posts and comments on those Pages, confirm that posts went live, and show aggregated reports to the owner. Data is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for profiling.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never written to logs or URLs. Only the owner can access the app.
4. Data deletion
To request deletion of any data related to you or your Page, send a message to the Facebook Page that published the content, including your Facebook user ID or Page ID. Related data is deleted within 30 days and the deletion is confirmed by reply. Removing the app from your Facebook account settings also stops all access immediately.
5. Contact
For any privacy question, contact the administrator of the Facebook Page concerned through that Page's Messenger.
